Cheshire – a Space Where Architecture Meets History

Many people take lightly the process of building their house and only have in mind the utilities and the spaces they want from the very first start. Also they will like everything to happen in a blink of an eye, which in most cases with the new materials of today’s construction businesses’ materials, can happen really fast. But the problem is that in regions of preserved architecture like Cheshire, the people have to be careful what they build and where they build it.

For most architects Cheshire is actually a test of mastery, a place where they can discover new ways of building new things with an old flavour. Many people simply do not understand the importance of preserving old architectural buildings and in some cases really fight to destroy them. Actually the mission of the architects is to show people that the history of the region and the architecture meets in some point. In fact most of the history is related to the way people lived and therefore build their houses.

Cheshire has to remain what it already is; a place in time where history and architecture meet and no one is hindered by the other. This is the only way to preserve a long history of pretty looking buildings and picturesque sceneries. The role of the architects in doing that is vital and has to be valued and used accordingly.
